The Glow Project The Glow Project was an outdoor photography exhibition with a HUGE difference. During the event at Brighton Pavilion and Adelaide Crescent in Hove, enormous images (on average 75 feet x 100 feet) were projected (at night) on to monumental urban surfaces, which transform them into an incredible works of constantly shifting urban art. These narrative visuals were provided by local artists and the residents, creating a tremendous synergistic event. The Glow Project was created by artist Nathalie Vin and was joined in 2003 by E\T\C UK ( specialists of high power projections, who were responsible for the projections on Buckingham Palace.) The event was photographed by Denise Felkin, and in 2006 Brighton and Hove City Council commissioned the the artist to produce one hundred and twenty limited edition prints as part of Serving the City. Serving the City provided an art gift for employees that had worked for the council for twenty-five years or more.
